Driving to work one day last week, we spotted a little pup begging for food. His sweet little face caught my attention and I quickly looked at Kevin and said, “If that dog is there on the way home, we’re picking him up and finding a home for him.” Now, this happens on a semi-regular basis for us though the dog is seldom there on the return drive home. Last year, we found homes for four abandoned pets and we intend to do the same this year. Since the little guy was in the same spot on our return trip, we pulled over and took him home. We’ve been keeping an eye out for signs for a missing dog, but have seen none. We also reached out on our social networks to search for a home. We had a few people interested, but no serious bites. While we were working on finding a home, we fell in love. The pup gets along with our other dogs and is pretty well behaved. We can’t help but feel like this little guy was meant to be a part of our family. We found him on Fox street, so naturally we named him Fox.
